Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the AI Voice Generator ("the App") provided by Raya LLC ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

• "App" refers to the AI Voice Generator application provided by Raya LLC.

• "Content" means any text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials.

• "Device" means any electronic device capable of accessing the App, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

• "Service" refers to the App.

• "Terms" means these Terms of Service.

• "User" refers to any person who uses the App.

• "You" means the person or entity accessing or using the App or its related services.

Age Requirement

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17 years of age, you may not use the App.

User Accounts

To use some features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Turkey and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

User Content

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize the Company to use your User Content as necessary to exercise the licenses granted by you in these Terms, and (ii) your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others through the App;

• Using the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;

• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the App;

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, ChatGpt, OpenAI or its related systems or networks;

• Engaging in any other activity that interferes
